I am a Mind-Body Medicine student specializing in integrative health, pursuing my PhD at Saybrook University. My passion lies in exploring the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and I am committed to integrating holistic approaches into conventional healthcare practices. I am licensed as a clinical therapist in Utah. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling, and beyond.
